Role Overview

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking after-sales support. Your role is to provide professional advice, transparent communication, and personalized service, ensuring every Proton owner enjoys a smooth and reliable ownership experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assess their service or maintenance needs.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and explain required work clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely repairs.
  • Maintain customer records and service history in the system.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in an automotive service role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cars and after-sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with automotive service software is a plus.
